provide a basis for the transformative role of the finance functions. He
deliberated on how the changing external business environments have a direct
impact on the role and career aspirations of accounting and finance
professionals.
His presentation was complemented by a presentation from Mr Kok Ghee, Senior

accounting & finance profession. His presentation helped to provide insights
on the specialities and skills in demand and current recruitment & retention
strategies of the organisations in response to the changes in the business
environment.
