Mr Pushpanathan a/l S A Kanagarayar

Mr Ken Pushpanathan retired as a Partner of Ernst & Young, Malaysia on December 31, 2009. As a Partner of Ernst & Young, he provided advisory, accounting and audit services in the role of a partner-adviser for a large number of clients based in Malaysia and internationally (both private and public corporations) in a variety of industries. He was admitted as a member of the MICPA in April 1989 and became a Council Member of the Institute in 2001. Mr Ken also serves on various Technical Committees of MICPA and MIA.

En Mohamed Raslan is the Managing Partner of KPMG Malaysia and has been with the firm since 1995. His work experience includes audit, consulting and corporate finance in Malaysia and Australia. He specialises in restructuring, rescue plans and financing. He was admitted as a member of the MICPA in 2002 and elected to the MICPA Council in 2003. He is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and graduated from the University of Melbourne. He is a member of the Financial Reporting Foundation. He was a Council Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants from 2009 to 2011.
